MLRO and RG-manager

Role description

As the MLRO/AML and RG-manager you will be responsible for the management of all anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud prevention work as well as responsible gaming work. This position will be in charge of AML and RG processes and operations throughout the business in various jurisdictions. You will regularly interface with different regulating bodies, such as Spelinspektionen and MGA as well as top management of Ellmount.

Some examples of your area of responsibilities:

  • Establish and implementing group policies and standards in the field of AML, CTF and RG across Ellmount, monitoring and reporting on the success of these implementations
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans and provide general guidance to the company on these matters;
  • Acting as the first line questions relating to these fields for Ellmount and its management;
  • Dedicatedly monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and inform management of Ellmount of these changes accordingly; and
  • Develop an effective training program, including for new and current employees, managers and the board.

 You need to have

In the role as MLRO/AML and RG-manager we are looking for you that:

  • Have at least two years of full-time experience in regulatory compliance or anti-money laundering;
  • Are familiar with all relevant RG and AML/CTF regulations and guidance;
  • Have an analytical mind that allows to identify issues in compliance processes;
  • Have a self-driven personality, curious and eager to make an impact by making things happen;
  • Have an assertive and enthusiastic mind, able to lead by example and present a professional image;
  • Have understanding of business information systems; and
  • Are skilled at Communication, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

  • High degree of intergrity;
  • Able to make complex topics understandable for people from non-compliance background; and
  • Hands-on approach.
