Casino CRM Coordinator

CasinoRoom is a rapidly growing brand with a global reputation for providing innovative light online entertainment solutions. We care about our customers and employees, offering support, motivation, and recognition for hard work. We are now looking to further improve our Casino vertical with a passionate and talented CRM coordinator. The role is only open to candidates based in Malta, where you will be reporting directly to our CRM Manager.

What we’re looking for.

A Campaign Planner who will be taking care of all targeted CRM campaigns for all players across multiple brands. This includes conversion, cross-sell, retention and reactivation activities, with a strong focus on delivering LTV and improving the overall Customer Experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to plan, create, and optimise CRM campaigns in conjunction with promotional planners, casino calendar, product launches and business objectives.
  • Producing high-quality campaigns that are customer-centric, innovative, and relevant.
  • Working closely together with the rest of the CRM team to manage workload, review processes, and offer support on new and exciting projects. 
  • Using the data, analysis and recommendations provided by the Insights team to continuously optimise future campaigns.

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • Experience in using CRM Platforms.
  • Close attention to details.
  • Customer-Centric with a good understanding of CRM Strategies.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Data Analytic skills is a plus.
